Rates in our booking page are “per room” and include heating, conditioned air, water, electricity. Touristic tax is NOT included.  

Check- in: 02.00 PM – 08.00 PM  Check-out: 01.00 AM – 10.00AM
Late check-in (after 8.00 PM) will be charged at euro 15.

ATTENTION: please, on your arrival day call us or send an e-mail 1 hour before your check-in so that we can properly arrange your welcome. 

“ROOM ONLY” rates do not include cleaning service, however, it can be available on request by adding euro 10 per day. Bed linen change every 3 days and after every stay.

Cancellation terms:

  • Refundable rate: reservations cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date: no penalty; within 7 days the full amount will be charged;
  • Non-refundable rate: cancellation is possible at any time but the full amount will be charged;
  • In case of “no show” or “early check-out”: 100% of the stay will be charged as penalty.
